Wivenhoe Closure

Hi everybody                     
                   Hope everybody had a great start to the new year ,i just would like to know if anybody knows if wivenhoe is open to the public yet.

I know it was closed on the 31st, but was open again on the 1st and yesterday.  Having not fished their before and not familar with freshwater fishing in general, I trolled a silver rattler for a couple of hours to get two catfish about 1.2-1.5kg a piece.
