Activity: Temporary partial closures

Mariners are advised that a temporary partial closure of the Brisbane Pilotage Area will be in
effect on Tuesday 1 February 2011 and Wednesday 2 February 2011.
1.On Tuesday 1 February 2011 from 0900 to 1600, an area of the South Pine River extending an
approximate distance of 550m downstream from the Bob Bell Park boat ramp, at Strathpine. The
upstream limit of the closure area will be marked by a sign placed at the boat ramp and the
downstream limit of the closure area will be marked by a yellow special mark buoy in position
latitude 27° 18.118'S, longitude 153°00.040'E.
2.On Wednesday 2 February 2011 from 0900 to 1600, an area of the Pine River 50 metres either
side of a new power line crossing at Murrumba Downs. The upstream and downstream limits of
the closure area will be marked by two yellow special mark buoys, upstream latitude 27°
16.945'S, longitude 153°00.551'E and downstream latitude 27° 16.980'S, longitude 153°
00.620'E.

No ships will be permitted to enter the closed area without the permission of the Regional
Harbour Master (Brisbane).
