Getting a watersnake fixed in SEQ

Mine has died and I will need to get it fixed.  Where do I get help with this in SEQ.  I am near Gympie.

Send an email to them or ring and ask for watersnake service. I used to have a 1800 number for them but have lost it. I had a warranty issue and spoke to a technician called Andrew and he was extremely helpfull in talking me through a diagnostic procedure.
If its something like a foot pedal issue they courier one straight to you.
 Mine was the motor itself and they arranged for a courier to pick up from home to take it to their service centre at hervey bay .
Took less than a week for return and nil charges.
