120,000 barra fingerlings for awoonga 2012
« on: February 03, 2012, 06:30:02 PM »
hi guys
just a quick one... the gawb hatchery staff stocked 120,000 barra fingerlings into the lake this morning, sizes ranged from 60mm to 90mm with the odd 100+mm in there. these were liberated throughout the back of the lake earlier today. we will be placing more in there within the fortnight.

cheers
kurt

Good stuff, take around by land or transport them by boat?

Must have Wes. Tide wasn't right according to Steve. Try early next week when they are better.
