Boondooma Dam Report 5 August

Fishing:
Red claw in upper reaches still some big ones, customers report up to 8 inches long. This week has seen the morning and afternoon to be unproductive but in the middle of the day some nice catches of Yellowbelly on live bait. Still only the odd bass on lures but signs are showing that they are about to come on. The warmer days and a rise in the barometer should also help. Looking to hit the water this week myself, will let you all know how I go in next weeks report.
