Have been having some good sessions in a system just outside of Toowoomba so made up a little clip of last fridays arvo session. Yellas from this creek are always so feisty, i enjoy targetting yellas as much as cod!

My friend at work said the fishing gets better the further away from town you go he fish's west of Toowoomba were there's a junction of creek and river i think ,heard that yella belly can still be active in the colder months to . Yeah I do alot of fishing out West around Dalby/Chinchilla areas. It can be very very hard fishing but normally pays off. There is some big cod through the area, just a bit harder to locate them then other systems. But that's why I love fishing the area, for the challenge. Haven't caught anything out of the area in over a year but, It can get very tough.
That lure was just a 70mm Smak diver. The yellas love them.
