At the recent "Australian Lure Expo" I purchased a couple of Gobsmacked lures, just a couple of surface paddlers for trying on the green fish.
An hour or so later back at the car, when checking out the haul of purchases from the expo I noticed one of the Gobsmacked lures had a slight issue. I went back into the expo to see if they could swap it over for another lure. Their lures had been very popular and the type I was after had been sold out.
Not to let this be a problem, the vendor then suggested to write my name and address on the back of the lure packaging and they would mail the replacement lure to me once they got home (they were from interstate). I said, "No worries, I am in no rush."
Anyway, this is the box that turned up in the mail.

Not only the lure I had purchased but another 3 lures. The postage and the postpack alone would be equal to what I paid for the lure. Also I lovely note inside with an apology for the inconvenience.

Gobsmacked Lures is the Australian Commercial Luremaker of the year for 2014.
Little wonder they received that award with service like that. :Clap)
