We took the boat upriver from Coraki yesterday morning and found a few useful snags. On the water before sunup and we began fishing as soon as we could see where the lures were going. One snag yeilded about 4 fish on Jitterbugs with a couple of missed strikes. Mostly good fish with the minimum about 30 and the fish of the day (mine) at 44cm. We called it a day by 10.30 and ended up with 14 fish boated and released. We're pretty happy with that.
