Title: Where to Catch Rock Ling Landbased

Ausfish require payment to post a new topic so I would rather try my chance here.  I live in Melbourne, Victoria and I am on a mission of catching Rock Ling land based.  However I am unable to get information on where I can catch them without going on a boat and deep offshore.  I am after edible locations and would really appreciate any locations you can provide.
