Paul Kneller Deception Lures Vs Tacspo Deception Lures?

Paul designed and made Deception Lures which for mine, are a classic Aust lure. Then he sold the business to Tacspo who still made them from timber and changed the bib. Look for the aussie flag on the bib. Then Tacspo stopped making them as well.

So which is better from:
- A a fishing point of view, or
- B from a collecting point of view?

The older original Deception lures or the newer Tacspo made Deception Lures?

The original Kneller made ones hands down. They are much more collectable and were made better. The Tacspo ones tend to loose paint quick and a number wont swim well. You just need to see the number of Kneller made ones still in good condition to work out the difference in finish quality.

I assume the newer ones have the aussie map on the bib, leastwise thats what I figure the one I picked up from the Charltons booth at the lure expo would be, its got the map. Yet to swim it, but looking forward to trying it out.

The Kneller Deceptions are the better lure by a country mile .... Tacspo's just didn't get the quality outcome  :(
