Laughing Jack bridge repairs
Both the Clarence Weir Bridge and Laughing Jack Bridge are scheduled for maintenance and structural refurbishment works, prior to the summer season. The proposed works primarily include replacement of the existing superstructure (e.g. decking and bearers) and abutment repair works, which will be carried out between 13th November and 30th November 2018. Temporary road closure alongside appropriate advisory signs would be implemented, and alternative access route would be made available to the publics to minimise any adverse impact.
