Boondooma Dam Report 4/6/14

Excellent fishing this week. The yellow belly are being caught in big numbers with quality of fish bine around the 50cm mark.
All techniques are working, trolling, bait fishing jigging and casting lures. Amongst the big yellows there’s been some massive bass caught as well. The main techniques for the bass has been jigging in the main bay with the odd quality fish caught amongst the schools of smaller fish. The red claw have thinned out but people are still getting them in the Boyne and Stuart arm. Numbers aren’t great but quality is good.
