Caught one some years back there. Was the first Awoonga Pro Am tournament. Was resting a point we'd been hitting so we thought to kill off half an hour. Was with Dave Hodge & we ended up way up the powerline arm of Iveragh Creek chasing rat barra & a black lightning bolt came out & smacked the lure for no hook up. We knew what it was straight up so we turned the boat upside down looking for some spinnerbaits,,, we found 1. Managed to get one at right on 30cm.

They were stocked there years ago, & this is further evedence of some recruitment.

THanks for posting,

fitz..
