Title: Hinze Dam East, landslide recovery
Post by: Dodge on November 26, 2013, 12:10:06 PM
Was over having a bo-peep at the eastern ramp at Hinze Dam this morning, and notice the landslide repair done on the access road a few weeks ago has now acquired a pipe fence at the bottom, and new grass is appearing all over the slip surface

The fence would be to stop the idiots driving up the slope,

Went for a baitfish there this morning . Over 45 bass in 2 hours before running out of shrimp most around the 33 to 35 mark but good fun.Tried blades, spinnerbaits, hotlips. poltergeists and not a touch so off the water by 10am.
Western arm was quiet on Monday but 4 fish over 40 with best 48.
Cheers
