Has anyone EVER witnessed the lift operating in the years since this dam was built?

There has been plenty of spills since it was commissioned. :popcorn)

Does anyone know the frequency of the lift cycle when it's supposed to be operating?

I was there looking for maybe 10 mins the other day for no movement.

Got a couple of replies after making some enquiries. In short they had a lot of problems with it and it has not worked properly.
