Lake Wivenhoe Spillway Common and Cormorant Bay recreation areas temporarily closed

The Spillway Common and Cormorant Bay recreation areas are temporarily closed until further notice.
Yesterday's storm caused a bit of damage in both areas. Our crews are on site working on cleaning up each site.
While these works are underday, the two sites will remain closed to the public and will re-opened as soon as it is safe to do so.
Please play it safe when visiting nearby areas and observe closure signage and staff onsite.

Wivenhoe Spillway Common and Cormorant Bay recreation areas re-opened
Date: 28/10/2015 - Seqwater
The Spillway Common and Cormorant Bay recreation areas have re-opened following Tuesday's storm.
While we have cleaned up both sites, please remember conditions may have changed since your last visit.
Please play it safe and observe any signage and directions of staff.
