Title: Opened the account
Post by: takrat on September 05, 2011, 08:07:49 AM
MY Bass season seems to have begun a little later than most, but it did get going fairly well.  MYself and a couple of mates decided on some shore based fishing a few k's from home where onbe of us has access to some nice creek frontage through private property. We all got Bass of varying sizes and one of the blokes got his very first; a 40cm fish on alittle Scorpion that later ended up in a tree RIP. There are currently schools of Bass making their way back up the Richmond River too One of the mates pulled a couple of 50cm fish out of very grubby water somewhere below Coraki. But there's a lot of water there.

....and with a barrier or two less on the system the bass can now get further back up there.  :youbeauty

THanks chaps, Fitzy I hope they do get further up the Richmond, there's some really good stuff (snags) further upstream from Coraki, and the blue green algae should all be gone by now.
