On ground work begins for the South Esk Anglers Access project

The installation of stiles, signage and other site work has begun for the South Esk River Anglers Access project.  Once finished there will be improved access for anglers at key locations throughout the 200km catchment from Hadspen to Upper Esk.

Supported by the Tasmanian Community Fund and a joint initiative between the Inland Fisheries Service and Anglers Alliance Tasmania, the project is scheduled for completion in Spring this year, offering some great opportunities for new fishing spots next season.

As always the project would not be possible without support and agreement from private and public landowners.
