« on: October 19, 2012, 12:52:40 PM »
Hi guys,

Just wondering if someone can advise on access into Tallebudgera creek.  I am looking at heading down to syndicate rd bridge and then enter from there.  Is the access ok to launch from there ?

Cheers

in case anyone wanted to also find out about this area.  I actually ended up going into the Nerang River.  But there ain't much water in there at the moment(where I put in) so there was alot of portage going on.  :o

cheers

Sadly no.  Put in at Mclaren Rd bridge and was a fair walk(Stumble) down the creek bed till the first pool.  Not a lot of water in there so headed a bit further down to a great looking section but not a touch and after a lot more portage in sections further down and wasted time I thought I would revisit when some water has flushed the system and maybe the bass have moved up stream through the system.  I reckon most fish would have not made their way back up to the section given the amount of water.

I could have looked at the maps to see if I could put in further down but time wasn't allowing so have to revisit after some rain.  If we get any  :o  Didn't think I would say that after the last two years lol
