Early cyclones predicted off Qld
     


The weather bureau fears a cyclone will form off the Queensland coast by Christmas.

Yep. Been watching this build up for the last three months now. All meteroligcal indicators are pointing towards a massive wet and a very active cyclone season. A november TC is a distinct possibility and an october TC is even possible(although highly unlikely).

Yes, but think of the great fishing after it's all gone away by maybe April???

Yes and the general forecast is up to six cyclone this season in Qld, with one possibly prediction for one to be below or around the Brisbane region you hope these blokes get this one wrong, everything is too soak at the present ,we need a drying period at the present

Same as it was back in 74, a very wet winter left the ground soaked and a rogue cyclone crossed the coast near Gladstone,  Hope the Wivanhoe dam is up to the task it was built for!
