SEQWater advises the following:

Somerset Dam temporary closure of toilet facilities at Somerset Park day use area until Thursday, 24 January (Tuesday, 22 January)
The toilet facilities at Somerset Park day use area will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, 22 to Thursday, 24 January. This temporary closure will allow urgent maintenance works to be carried out to address a safety issue at the site.
 
Alternate public toilet facilities are available at The Spit recreation area, Lake Somerset.
