Lake Baroon temporarily closed to all water-based activities from 25/12/13

Date:  24/12/2013   - SEQWater

Lake Baroon will be temporarily closed to all water based  activity from 6.00 am on Wednesday, 25 December 2013  due to ongoing water quality issues.  You may notice that the water has a distinctive green colour.

Please note there are no increased risks to users of the land-based recreational areas. Seqwater will continue to perform water quality testing at Lake Baroon, and the lake will be reopened as soon as possible.

Signage has been erected on-site advising of the temporary closure.
