Title: Start bad end better

Got off to a bad start at a bleak looking North pine dam yesterday, first up the sounder wouldnt work, yurned out to be dirty sounder connections. Then the little ring in the end of the rod tip fell out, lucky I had others, then after about the 4th bass I got a cattie that wrapped up both lines while I was on the phone and 20mins later the phone rings and same thing happens.
 Any ended up with 19bass and 3 catties using lures and shrimp.
