Title: Wyaralong Dam - temporary closure of access points & lake area

Wyaralong - temporary closure of access points at Lilybrook (western end of lake) 

Date:  28/11/2014    - Seqwater

 As of Friday 28 November 2014, the western extremeties of Lake Wyaralong remain temporarily closed to all water based activities.

Seqwater will continue to performing regular water quality testing. We will be re-open Lake Wyaralong as soon as possible water quality tests confirm it is safe to do so. 

Please note there are no increased risks to users of the land-based recreational areas at Lilybrook Recreation area.

It advises western most extremities / Lilybrook rec reserve. That is like Boonah, where water is ankle deep and stagnant

The dam wall area and recreational area is OPEN. Water is clear and no dangers of anything in there.
