Title: Macintyre River Yellowbelly
Post by: MartainV on April 25, 2014, 06:03:45 PM
Spent a couple of days scoping out the Macintyre near Yetman.
Managed a few fun yellowbelly on hardbodies which was great, but no cod unfortunately.

Was just a solo session this one because I haven't found anyone keen for a flick out that way.
Maybe I need to visit the local pub (but I'd probably fish instead anyway when I'm out there  :Oops)).

If you fish out the Dumaresq, Severn, Macintyre etc., give me a buzz and I'll definitely join!
I'd love to learn to fish for the natives better.

Gave my new Old Town Vapor 12 kayak its maiden voyage aswell.. can recommend!

I love to give it a go myself, but same as you .... need someone with experience to show me the ropes. Good luck with finding that person.

Sounds good Dave.  :youbeauty

Haha they should rename it the Yellowbelly Hotel after my efforts out there. Hopefully I'll be back sooner rather than later to rectify that :P
