Where is the logic of having line limits, NSW 2 lines, and bag limits? Surely with a bag limit of eg 5, once reached that's it. It doesn't matter if you use 2 lines or 10, as pointed out, once bag limit is reached, if you obey the rules, and don't we all, that's it???
