There’s been some great success stories this week. Live bait is still the weapon on choice although we’re had some reports of a few yellows being caught on Jackalls. Customers have reached their bag limits on some days this week but on others have had to work hard for them.
Barometer on the rise has obviously helped the fishing and so has the improving water clarity.
Redclaw was good until the weekend, but unfortunately we had many reports of share farming which is an issue we’ll be forwarding on to the authorities. I personally had pots out over the weekend with cable ties that had all been cut each time I checked them. On a better note, the biggest Bass caught over the weekend that we saw reached the magic milestone of 500
