Lake Boondooma Fishing Report 15 July

News
The Park is now under new management so call in and say G’Day We would also say thanks to Erin and Peter for a great change over and wish them all the best in future endeavours

Lake Level - 96%

Fishing
There are signs that the fishing may be on the improve. The week started with no real reports of fish but some big schools of fish are starting to be found in the main bays (using a finder). The shrimp are plentiful so the fish have food whenever they want, making bank fishing a little harder. We had a family over the weekend get 3 yellas off the main boat ramp and reports of a monster bass around the 650 mark. Still waiting on photos to confirm that one
Redclaw are starting to come back and we’re unsure why. Still getting 60-90 a night in under 20 feet of water with the trusty old spud being the pick of baits. A customer shared a 10 foot longs with me Saturday night (yum)
