Title: Maroon bass comp

I havent done any comps for ages ! (last was hinze bass electric)
but dose anyone have any tips for maroon, where to target ect ect ?

The bass at Maroon love to sit in the shelter of the weed and lily edges, target these early with surface lures and slowly get deeper as the day progresses. Spinnerbaits and suspending hardbodies work very well there with my preference being the latter, cast in towards you chosen structure and give the lure a rip down and then let it sit there in their face, more often than not the hit will come on that pause.
