Dogwood Creek Camp at Barakula State Forest closed due to wildfire damage.
This alert applies to the following parks:
Barakula State Forest
Dept of NPRSR advises that Dogwood Creek Camp and a section of the track leading in will be closed until the 18th of January 2013 due to tree damage around the camp caused by a recent wildfire. The camp and a section of the track in will be reopened pending the outcome of a hazardous tree inspection.

This will affect anyone going fishing at Dogwood Creek near Chinchilla. Editor
