Title: Anyone sick of hearng about Baroon Pocket Yet?
Post by: Binder on January 15, 2012, 11:18:20 AM
Another couple of trips to Baroon Pocket in the last few days. On friday I went by myself, no kids in the boat, catch was 15 Bass in 2 hours. Says a lot about a bit of peace and quiet!

Second trip this morning, Son got 2 bass, dropped another 2 or 3, plus half a dozen spangled perch.  I hit the donut, but we only fished for an hour and I spent most of that sorting out someone elses fish!. Really just wanted to collect my shrimp and rebait the traps. Also to try out my new Aerator setup, I'll do a separate report on that when I get a chance, but it works very well.

Looks like that Hinze and Baroon are the only 2 near brissie dams that are currently fishing consistently.
Cheers

Well done mate, gotta be happy with those short sessions! :youbeauty

You'll be up for new set of tyres for the car soon, wearing a track up the coast.

I was just looking at the old girls shoes, wont be long before she needs a set! They are getting hard anyway.

a couple of hours session before the sun gets any heat in it and a bribe stop in at Bucks pie shop on the way home keeps the kids sweet as well.

Got another 2 weeks holidays yet, but the missus has a week off for the last week as well, so I reckon thats only another weeks fishing time!
