Title: Do you like wind?

I often complain about the wind.  Here's a current forecast for Lake Eerie in the U.S. if you are considering launching from Conneaut, Ohio.

RAIN. WAVES 8 TO 11 FEET. .MONDAY...NORTH GALES TO 35 KNOTS INCREASING TO 40 KNOTS. RAIN. WAVES 13 TO 17 FEET. .MONDAY NIGHT...NORTH GALES TO 45 KNOTS INCREASING TO STORM FORCE WINDS TO 50 KNOTS OVERNIGHT. RAIN. No normally out of Fitz' south end when he's facing north.  Ask Harro to tell you about it one day.  I wouldn't be surprised if Phitz the phantom pharter gets a chapter in Harro's next book.

Uncle Sam is about to get a whole lotta wind courtesy of Cyclone Sandy ...... Frankenstorm???



I can only get close to the "Master" if I go into full training on a diet beans, cabbage, eggs & onions......  :Oops)

I'd hate to be trying to put up a tarp in those sort of breezes. People for miles around would be treatd to all sorts of new words.
