As you can see my name is yak fish which obviously means I kayak and fish. And I'm always trying to find new ways to make my kayaking experience even more enjoyable, I've put a paddle holder on the side, installed two flush mounts and a rod holder just curious what you guys have done to your yaks :youbeauty

I made a little anchor well out of a 90mm PCV pipe (about a foot long) capped at both ends and clipped it on across the yak with bungies. The rope and anchor go inside and there is a single handhole at one end :youbeauty sits in front of the milk crate behind my seat.

Add a sounder and I haven't done much more than you, dabbled in GPS's for while, but dont really need it. Been yak fishing for about 6 years now, not needed anything else.

Instead of a milk crate which I did have for a while I decided to get one of these http://www.bcf.com.au/online-store/products/BAG-TACKLE-STORAGE-YAKPAK-PRECISIONPAK.aspx?pid=294094#Description (http://www.bcf.com.au/online-store/products/BAG-TACKLE-STORAGE-YAKPAK-PRECISIONPAK.aspx?pid=294094#Description) easy storage solution and comes with two rod holders, I clip that in the back of my yak :youbeauty
