Title: nearly full moon ^ mega fish
Post by: joey1247 on October 25, 2012, 09:24:47 PM
We're going for mega fish, usually we go to Twin Bridges till late at night , the eels there are huge. Is it any good fishing there at night with lures? I was thinking a silver metalic colour one, so it refectecs the moon light.

bass, gar, perch, turtle, catfish, eel-tail catfish, eel, shrimp, mud crabs, crayfish, tilapia, mullet, bream, thats most of the fish I've caught around Brisbane and Bremer River.
Of course had a few mega saratoga near bank but they got off the line, haven t caught a stone fish or shark yet.

o well ive had a couple of lung fish , the first one was so strong it jumped out of the water and bent the hook stright, the second one got the line snaged around some tree roots and jumpd off line , also i know u should not take these fish out of the water as they are protected spicies.
