Title: Barra dams

Could someone on the forum point me in the direction of some good Barra dams north of Awonga.

Kinchant & Teemburra in Mackay, Peter Faust at Proserpine and Tinaroo at Cairns.  These are the near coastal dams, there are more inland...

And while it's pronounced Awonga it is spelled "Awoonga''... :)

Check out Fitzy's Bass to Barrs Trail. Just do a search on this forum, you should find it.

Callide at Biloela, Fairburn at Emerald, Dam at Mt Isa I cant remember name of off the top of my head. Few other barra stocked waterways as well, such as Bedford weir.
