Title: Harpeng Road update

I just received notification that investigations into the application for the temporary road closure of part of Harpeng Road, Wivenhoe Pocket have been finalised and it has been decided that the application be refused.  Thanks to everybody who contacted people authority to have this application refused.  A win for the fishermen.  Now we just have to have a couple of fences sorted out.

A win for the fisherman, show what can happen when people get to together and back a good cause. Well done everyone.

Now we just need a shovel and a few members morning to make is a bit easier to launch heavy yaks like mine  ;)

Nice email to come to work too.  Not that it probably makes a difference, but I thanked Doreen and DNRM staff profusely :). Now I just have to get my back fixed and assault that hill again.
