"Mary River Cod recapture
A recapture certificate has been received from Infofish for a Mary River cod tagged by Max Walsh (son of Carpbusters past president, Jim Walsh) which was tagged in Christmas Creek on the 5/3/2007 at 380mm and recaptured by T Shearer on the 13/4/2015 at 550mm, 7km upstream from where Max tagged it. Only a growth of 170mm in a little over 8 years .... food for thought."
