I had a worm farm some years ago. I ended up just digging my scraps into the garden & did better than I ever did in the farm.

Worm farm tips?
Sell kits to punters who think they will save a few bucks on bait! Thats about all they are good for.
If you seriously want to grow your own worms. start a compost heap.

A couple of hession bags covering a piece of the garden.Plenty of horse and cow sh!t dug through underneath and vege scraps.
Keep the hession wet and you will have a gazillion of the buggers in no time.

Yup, what everyone else said! We tried the farm years ago and ended up tipping it into the garden and keeping it going that way, much better!

the best worm farm i have ever used is a pile of woodchips, usually a very easy task to find enuff worms for a trip
note, look for the piles that councel store on the sides of the rd sometimes, :youbeauty :youbeauty
