For the people who are not from Ippy or are ignorant like me here there  is a bit more on the area if you google Sapling pocket and click on
Sapling Pocket map and guide - VK4YEH
Good to see a local council doing something for the community.
My only criticism is that it will be a long walk from the camping area to the toilet block if you are caught short.
