G'day all,

Sorry for the late submission Fitzy!!!

I was reluctant to post and share the article as I feel I'm still unworthy of publishing such an article within the Barra Impoundment areana, not wanting to mislead the wider community on various ways to lure these incredible fish. More so, misleading anglers wanting to target these iconic fish for the first time, as it is sometimes much harder to explain different lure presentations and techiques in writting than explaining and experiencing them, first hand.

These techiniques and methods have worked for myself and others in company when we've targetted Barramundi on various Queensland Barra Impoundments.

I hope you enjoy the article as much as I enjoyed writting it, sharing information to the Sweetwater community from what I have gained over the years, from being a Sweetwater member and time on the water.

Thanks Dave

Well done Dave.  :youbeauty

Why be reluctant. Fishing is far from an exact science. What works for me, may not work for anyone else, but sharing what works for you can offer the key to some one else cracking a code that works.

I've read articles by some big names and thought "what a croc of cr@p", but again either I'd worked on a different angle to the same scenario, or I simply didn't get what they were trying to say. It doesn't mean I didn't get something for the effort of reading.

Well done for sharing your thoughts & experiences, that's exaclty what we were trying to achieve. My personal oppinion is that there is not much of a gap from the average angler to the big names in the game; fancy words, mates "in the know with hot spots" and good photography are often the only difference. If we can encourage more to have a crack then it's all worth it.

You've won the prize for the month.  :Clap) I will send you a PM to confirm your address & get your prize to you.

Thanks again for the effort.  :thanks
