Attached is the Brisbane Valley Sailing Club membership application form.

I don't think there is any pensioner discount.

Just got to remember there's a whole bunch of rules you need to abide by. Some that relate to anglers are:
- No cleaning fish on site
- No live bait (shrimp, crays, yabbies etc) from other location to be brought on site. "Not to transfer any aquatic life into the lake"
- No camping
- No fires
- Only 1 visitor at a time (each can visit 3 times max before having to join as well). So you can only take the other half or kids one at a time, for 3 visit each and then they have to join a well. For family of 4 that's $200 / annum + $30 for key.
- Must also have SIP licence if fishing
- Must also have SEQWater boating permit if launching any craft (boat, kayak, canoe) from a trailer. $100/annum

Anyhow, those are some of the rules. Either abide by them & pay the fees or don't join.

The area may well be re-opened to the public for free in the next 12 months anyway......

I think the "visitor" refers to another car, at least that's what I've always followed.

The idea of paying $100 per year just to launch something seems like great steaming mounds of fertilizer to me. Are we over regulated yet??
