I am very time poor at present, but will have to read all those links to find out what this means. At first glance, it looks bad. Can anyone ease my mind?

The doco basically says that it will allow them to enforce the boating regulations, no go areas etc.

Yes,from what i can decipher from the documents,it means a 6 knot speed limit over the entire lake,no remote controlled craft, hovercraft, tubing, etc anywhere in lake and the status quo pertaining to outboards permitted. It DOES NOT AFFECT where fishing is permitted(from what I can determine anyway)
