Title: Bass in Monduran

Lake monduran is my closest bass water at an hour and half drive next closest is cania at 2 hours. My question is how viable is it to fish for bass at Monduran without getting smashed up by barra or having to fish really heavy, Or is this something best reserved for Winter when barra arent as energetic.

Sounds silly I know just curious.

Majority of accessable Barra there at the moment are large Bass sized - 40 to 60cm fish, with the odd big girl still lurking.
Give it a crack, a randam Barra hook up will just add to the day I reckon.
