Title: Aussie Surprise.
Post by: elops on December 05, 2010, 04:33:54 PM
Talking fishing and lures while we were waiting for the fingerlings to arrive on saturday as you do, when one of of my stocking group members pulled out these tackle boxes. Will take some better pics for Brad next weekend, took these quickly as a bit pressed for time.

cheers
Steve.

A lure you don't use is just a painted stick.  I wonder if Peter Newell, and other now passed lure makers would approve of the current "collecting" trends.  I'm pretty sure Peter made his lures to catch fish, and not to hang on a wall.  IMHO

Its called preserving a bit of history Dale, we cant all cuck them at a snag and loose them IMHO.
