lil borumba toga 5/10
« on: October 06, 2010, 10:17:50 PM »
had an rdo yesterday so i just had to get back to borumba  :) iknow i am an addict now hahaha
was a great day but only landed one at 47cm , all though i had some monsters on but just kept dropping them not long after the first or second jump, i have just upgraded my hooks on my prials to a decoy wide gaps hook to see if that helps to stay connected to the bigger togas.
going up for the weekend this one coming so hope to land a 80cm+. plus i will be giving yabba a  good go as well  ;)
oh and i will leave your pets in peace fitzy  ;) ;D :-X will concentrate on the borumba ones!! :-X

Nah mate. Talking about a very small & isolated group of saratoga in a creek. They're best left alone for a few more years. Wes won't tell anyone where, niether can I. I've been watching this small pack very slowly grow over the past 10 - 15 years. These are the seeds of hopefully a larger population in a waterway that is not permitted to have saratoga "stocked", so if these few get taken, there's no replacing them.

Cheers,

fitz..
