Keen to find out myself JD.

I'm wanting to plan a trip at the dam and fish the Severn and McIntrye too, mid March.

Any info in regards to accomodation would be helpful too please whether it be at the dam itself or in Ashford. I think there is informal camp grounds at the dam.

Cheers Dave

Yeh Dave, the accomodation is basic camping at the dam or pullup in Ashford wich means a bit of a commute for the fishing. I rang some friends of mine on Dumaresq  today and the level there has been up and down but is currently up covering the spot we usually camp. They tell me some blokes came out for a few days between rises in the river and got 8 Cod. AS to the Levels of the dams both Copeton and Pindari are around 50% although Pindari was up to 100% they both release a lot of water. A mate of mine fished Pindari before all the rain and got some nice Cod. If you want to send me a PM I'll tell you where he went on the dam.
Cheers mate,
John
