Temporary closure - all camping areas on Cape York Peninsula

Qld Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing advises that due to Tropical Cyclone Zane all camping areas on Cape York Peninsula are closed from 30 April 2013 until further notice.
This alert applies to the following parks:
Cape Melville National Park
Cape York Peninsula parks and reserves
Iron Range National ParkJardine River National Park, Heathlands Resources Reserve and Jardine River Resources Reserve
Kutini-Payamu (Iron Range) National Park (CYPAL)
Lakefield National Park
Mungkan Kandju (Kaanju) National Park
Oyala Thumotang National Park (CYPAL)
Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park (CYPAL)
