Lake Wyaralong closed to water based recreation
Date: 02/10/2015 - Seqwater
Due to water quality issues, the eastern end of Lake Wyaralong - accessed via the Meebun Recreation area - will be temporarily closed to all water based recreation from Friday 2 October 2015.
Sailing, fishing and canoe/kayaking are not permitted. Land based recreation areas and trails are not affected and remain open.
We will continue to conduct water quality testing and will re-open the lake as soon as possible.
