Motor size help

Looking for suggestions for motor size for my old town saranac 146 thinking either 30 or 40lb MinKotta fish mainly Wivenhoe , haven't had anything to do with eletrics before so appreciate advice.

You will get away with the smaller motor even if you've got a couple of people and gear, the bigger one will just give a touch more push which may be handy if the wind gets up.
