Hi everyone ,
I need some help on bib wires and hook hangers ?
Do you split them or is there another way ?
TIA

Not sure I understand what you mean by "split them". You can use twisted eyelets/screw eyes for your hook hangers, or construct lures using a "through wire" that runs the entire length of the lure. I do both depending on the style of lure I'm making or the intended target species.

Hi mate
I have mates who split the lure then lay the wires in then glue back up !
I made one today I will attach photo!

Oh, right. Now I'm with ya. That's what I call "laminated" lure construction. I do that quite frequently. Particularly if I'm making balsa lures or lures I want to put a rattle into.
